Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2025

This privacy policy describes how Wayfinding Practice collects, uses, and protects information submitted through this website. It does not cover clinical records — those are handled separately, see below.

What information we collect

The contact form on this website collects the following information:

How it is used

The information you submit through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is not used for marketing, not shared with third parties, and not added to any mailing list. There is no mailing list.

Storage and security

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service. Your submission passes through Formspree's servers before reaching me by email. Formspree's own privacy practices are described in their privacy policy.

Once received, your message is stored in my email inbox and treated as confidential correspondence.

Clinical records

Clinical records — session notes, intake information, appointment history — are not collected through this website. They are handled separately through Halaxy, a practice management platform that complies with Australian healthcare privacy requirements. If you become a client, you will be given clear information about how your clinical information is stored and protected before any session begins.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 you have the right to access information held about you, to request corrections to that information, and to make a complaint about how it has been handled. You can exercise these rights by contacting me at the email address below.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics. The only cookies set are short-lived session cookies required by the Formspree contact form to function.
